The Build a Better World token

As part of the Noah's Ark at the Skirball experience, we celebrate the importance of community. By creating or receiving a Noah's Ark wooden token (pictured above), you become part of the Skirball's unique new project focused on helping to make the world better, one person at a time.

We invite you to share the story of how you and your wooden token are helping to build a better world. Either visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/SkirballBetterWorld, or send an e-mail to betterworld@skirball.org so we can post the story on Facebook on your behalf.

How to get involved!

• On selected days, Noah's Ark visitors will be given tokens to decorate in the Rainbow Gallery aboard Noah's Ark. If you visit on one of these days, you'll be able to personalize your own token. Or, you may receive a wooden token from someone in the community.
• Choose a significant moment — when you meet someone who inspires you, for example — to share your token and pass it on.
• We want to hear about the tokens' journeys! Share your stories of where, why, how, and to whom you gave your tokens by logging into Facebook (click here). Or e-mail your story to betterworld@skirball.org so we can post your story on Facebook on your behalf.
• Keep it going! The token does not need to make its way back to the Skirball. In fact we hope it stays out in the world and travels far and wide!
